Yanick grew up within the trotting sport and possesses deep insights into its nuances and specifics. This experience, combined with a background as a strategy consultant with a focus on innovation and the ‘soft side’ of change, enables us to bring unique insights and perspectives to the table.

Frank is a digital entrepreneur with the experience of multiple successful exits with digital start-ups. With a background in mathematics and a focus on sports and technology, he brings IT and analytical skills into our group.

The idea for Trotting360 emerged when we noticed that new visitors to the trotting track often had many questions that insiders take for granted. We saw an opportunity to aid the trotting sport by focusing on the customer journey of new visitors. With a mix of insider knowledge, digital expertise, and innovation, we aim to seize this opportunity and make a lasting contribution to the trotting sport.

Our mission at Trotting360 is to foster growth and engagement in the trotting sport by enhancing the customer journey for new and recurring visitors. We do this on the base of research and customer insights. We strive to do this by making the ticketing process more efficient, providing improved information to potential visitors, improving the overall visitor experience, and fostering deeper visitor engagement through data-driven insights.
